Our site captures all the information needed to fulfill your order online. Contact information and payment information is for Ribbon Print USA use only. We do retain the information so we can contact customers with announcements, special promotions and other highlights specifically related to Ribbon Print products and services. You will receive newsletters from time to time containing this information. If for any reason you wish to discontinue receiving the information, you can "opt out" by clicking a link at the bottom of the newsletter.

We take great precaution to protect your personal information. The web site utilizes Thawte, a secure server that encrypts all data transmitted via the site. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit through our web site. You do so at your own risk.
There are things you can do, however, to protect yourself. Keep your password private and remember to log off after each session.
Shipping
All in-country orders are sent via UPS Ground. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. From that point, you can track the order by logging into your account on the Ribbon Print site and accessing your order history. Please provide a street address as UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping and Handling fees on foils and accessories are based on the total volume of the order as follows:
Up to $14.99 - $8.50
$15.00 - $39.99 - $9.50
$40.00 - $74.99 - $10.00
$75.00 - $99.99 - $10.50
$100.00 - $149.99 - $11.50
$150.00 - $199.99 - $13.00
$200.00 - $299.99 - $14.50
$300.00 - $499.99 - $18.00
$500.00 - $899.99 - $22.00
$900.00 and up - $28.00
International Shipping - The online order will reflect the domestic shipping rates above. International orders are to be paid in US dollars and additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be added and billed separately.
Returns
All sales of foil are final with the exception of product damaged through the delivery process. In that event, please call Ribbon Print USA with 24 hours of receipt and we will make plans for return, credit and replacement of the damaged product. All damaged materials must be retained. Returned products will not be accepted without prior notification.
Printers are returnable within 60 days of purchase according to the following stipulations:
1. If the machine is still new/lightly used, a refund minus 20% will be applied. This will be determined after the return and review of the machine.
2. If a machine is returned with marks and obvious heavy use, a credit will be given based on our discretion. The amount will be determined based on our projected ability to sell the used machine at a specific price due to its condition.
Inclusion on the Printed Ribbon Resource Page
To be included on the "Need Printed Ribbon?" referral section, a Ribbon Print customer must be in a position to supply printed ribbon to others and to have made a purchase from Ribbon Print within the last year.
